Pair of Dog Paintings

Complimentary pair of paintings, oils on canvas, each showing  two dogs, the first shows spaniels, the second a pair of lurchers.  Wonderful decorative antique paintings in their original ornate gilt frames.

History ~
Circa 1930, England.

Condition ~
Both paintings would benefit from being cleaned and there is a scratch across the spaniel painting. The gilt frames have lost some of their original vitality but are complete. The paintings themselves remain strong and bold.
