A decorative pair of French grave stone antique Garden Planters which would originally have been placed as a commemorative gesture near a grave stone. With a strong Art Deco shape and designed around the symbol of a lilly, which was a traditional metaphor for the cyle of life these vases have a great deal of charm and poignancy.
History ~
Art Deco, 1920s or 1930s, France.
Condition ~
Lots of wear and rust to the silver finish, structurally strong and solid. Drainage hole in the middle of each planter.
