Oak and leather open arm early 1900s antique Chair
A well designed leather hall or arm chair, with a full set of original large brass studs, which have faded over time to give a nicely worn patina. The leather has also acquired a good subtle colour and has the right amount of wear to ensure it is comfortable but durable.
History ~
Circa 1920s, England.
Condition ~
Good antique condition, the leather is strong and solid. There has been one small tear in the leather, to the back rest, which has been repaired, as shown in the images. The leather on the seat is also strong and solid - the padding underneath has been added to in order to ensure the chair is comfortable and there has been a new under seat cover added.
