Large landscape mid century Oil Painting of a Mediterranean Scene
A very decorative and large oil on canvas painting – a landscape scene of a Mediterranean enclave, blue waters, vibrant flowers and a villa. This painting has an uplifting feeling to it and really captures a sense of heat and feeling of holidays, it could possibly be inspired by the Greek Islands. In its original frame which is painted in a marble effect.
History ~ Mid 1900s, European. Signed bottom right.
Condition ~ Good antique condition. There has been a little wear to the paint on the frame, along the top, so not visible when the painting is hung.
