Large Garden Planter
Large copper planter or log basket.
Curved lip at the rim which is above a circular row of rivets. There are two large handles and a vertical row of rivets running horizontally down the copper seam.
Wonderful decorative patina and natural verdigris across the whole of the copper surface.
History ~
Circa 1880s, Dutch.
Condition ~
This is a heavy, sturdy and substantial item. There is one small hole featured in the main photograph. The wear is consistent with age and normal usage.
