French Zinc Singer Sewing Machine Shop Sign
Zinc singer sewing machine sign, at the bottom right hand corner 'Rue' is faintly visible. Highly decorative and unusual display piece, with wonderful age and colour.
History ~ 19th century, France.
Condition ~ The colour of the sign has deteriorated significantly over time, and as a consequence has developed a wonderful patina and texture. There is one very small indentation. The sign is not entirely flat and has become slightly bent over time.
