French handstitched reversible Boutis antique quilt

A wonderful thick and heavy double-sided hand stitched antique quilt with a soft pale blue, beige and cream floral fabric on one side and a bold pink and black abstract pattern on the other.
History ~ Early 1900s, France.
Condition ~ Good antique condition, the quilt has been freshly laundered, there is some overall discolouration to the edges. The wadding has thinned, so the edges are also not as plump as the middle and they are slightly misshapen due to use.
