French chestnut farmhouse rustic Antique Table

French farmhouse table, made using 3 solid planks of chestnut, which have a wonderful light grain running through them. Over time the wood has mellowed and is now a soft warm colour. There is a cutlery drawer at one end with a brass handle and the table is raised on straight tapering legs, with porcelain castors at their base. A good table full of characterful patina.

Good antique condition, strong and sturdy with a waxed finish. Various signs of wear and use, shown in the images.
