French antique bamboo and lacquer Side Table or Tea Table

A wonderfully decorative antique side or tea table made from tiger bamboo with an octagonal lacquered top, decorated with Japanese style oriental flowers. The table has two drop-leaf shelves and is similar in design to some of the pieces produced by Perret and Vibert.
History ~
Circa 1900, France.
Condition ~
The table most probably originally had four drop-leaf shelves. Some small areas of faint discolouration to the table top.
