Fragment from an embroidered panel showing chrysanthemums and foliage. Using silk stitching the work has been completed in intricate detail and is framed against a black panel and frame.
History ~
Early 1800s, China. The frame is later, but it also has age.
Condition ~
The embroidery is in good condition, the colours are vibrant and strong. There is some wear to the frame.
