Early 20th century muted flora Aubusson Rug
Wonderful Aubusson tapestry rug. The cream background is highlighted by a lovely subtle mauve and taupe floral design with a central relief. This is an attractive rug, which has been mass produced by machine to a very high standard.
History ~ There is no definite age to this piece.
Condition ~
Overall very good condition, there are no areas of discolouration or wear on the front of the rug, there is some wear to the reverse of one corner and the rug does not have a backing attached to it.
