An antique oil painting on canvas, showing a Fox Terrier lying down with her collar to one side. A charming painting - she looks kind and pretty with warm soft eyes and was clearly much loved. The year 1918 is faintly visible at the bottom right corner of the canvas, so was most likely painted towards the end of World War I.

Condition ~ There is one repair, which is not as noticeable as it appears on the images provided. When the painting is hung on a wall it is only slightly visible. Original frame, with a label from a Bournemouth framers. The frame has been overpainted.
