Antique oil Painting - 19th century French Still Life with fruit and wine
An appealing and well painted oil painting on canvas, a wonderful decorative antique. A confidently executed painting which has a warmness about it. Well constructed with a raised compote of fruit full of pears and grapes to the left and a lower level bowl of delicious looking strawberries in the central foreground, and then in the background there is a carafe of wine and a glass.
History ~ Late 19th century, France. Indistinctly signed bottom right.
Condition ~ Good antique condition, one small patch on the canvas.
