Antique library index card filing cabinet
An antique index card filing cabinet with nine individual drawers. Made from oak, which has acquired a good mellow patina this cabinet is strong and sturdy.
History ~
These cabinets were originally used in libraries, schools or Government buildings, circa 1920, England.
Condition ~
Good antique condition, strong and sturdy for use, with its original brass handles and label holders. The drawers have thick plywood linings, which have been recovered in new William Morris wallpaper, so they are strong and ideal for storage.
