Confectioner’s mixing bowl or ‘cul de poule’, made from copper, with a turned rim, wiTh a ‘Made in France’ engraving on the loop handle.

History ~
Early 1900, France. Often used for beating eggs in order to make confectionery products, particularly chocolate, a very traditional design with its rounded bottom.

Condition ~
Fair antique condition, consistent with its age and normal usage. There are some dents and discolouration to the copper, as shown in the images.
