Antique faux bamboo and white marble Washstand
An attractive and decorative faux bamboo pine washstand. Incorporating a detachable marble top and raised open shelf, made from white veined Carrara marble which has rounded and bevelled corners. The washstand is designed with faux bamboo mouldings on the drawer and front legs, and the pine has a good deep warm colour.
History ~
Circa 1920, France.
Condition ~
Good antique condition, no chips or cracks to the marble. There are some natural blemishes in the marble, as shown, and there are light signs of use and wear to the marble surfaces, as expected.
