A blue and white transfer platter or meat dish, featuring an unusual and interesting scene. There is a Chinese man holding a lantern outside an elaborate pagoda, set next to a lake and some wildly exaggerated beautifully drawn Oriental flowers.
History ~
19th century, England.
Condition ~
Fair antique condition, lots of crazing to the china and some light staining. There is one crack visible on the reverse which does not show through onto the front, as shown in the images.
