18th century antique giltwood Jardiniere Stand with a raised frieze and paw & ball feet
A decorative antique French jardinière, on a raised stand with a removable liner. Featuring a mask and swag frieze, raised on paw and ball feet. The giltwood has acquired a wonderful worn patina.
History ~ 1700s, European.
Condition ~ Many signs of wear and fading to the giltwood, some small losses to the carving but minimal. Strong and steady, later tin liner.
